SANDS Diary

The SANDS Diary allows data to be stored and retrieved. Data is stored via an ‘Inspection Form’, and there are a range of different forms to be used for recording different types of data. Some forms are general and can be used for many purposes, whilst others are very specific and are tailored for certain types of data.

When the data is entered into SANDS, the user must provide a Location Name, Date and Data Type. The user can then use these parameters to aid the search through the Diary to recover records. For example, the user may use the Diary to filter the list of data records by date and type.
